What happens if I have issues after the installation?
A post-installation check is included to catch immediate issues. For problems that arise later, troubleshooting support is available on a per-incident basis or via an ongoing monitoring arrangement.
Can you replace my existing consumer router?
Yes. A UniFi deployment typically replaces a consumer router with a UniFi gateway, providing significantly more control and visibility. The transition is planned to minimise downtime.
